Process
Each project has a start, middle and completion. We begin by listening to what our clients want. We make sure we’ve accurately defined their needs and initiate an evaluation process that includes such factors as the client’s corporate culture, business goals, critical success criteria and marketing strategies.
We meet with key client team members to verify short and long term objectives, expectations, projected construction schedule, costs and logistics. The process includes contingency planning that anticipates and adjusts for operational and organizational changes. The project establishes clear lines of communication, as well as methods to rapidly and effectively resolve problems as they occur.
